Register on the website of the diving organization SDI
In order to shorten the reception times upon arrival and enable receiving a certificate, a short registration must be made on the organization's website online. Below is a detailed explanation and a link to register. A face photo must be taken without sunglasses or concealers, on a neutral background.
Forms for SDI diving courses
To register, you must fill out and send a health declaration. Children up to the age of 18 must be accompanied and have a parent/guardian sign the forms. Those 45 and older are required to have a diving doctor's approval. Please note, no doctor's approval is required except for those 45 or those who have been requested by us.
List of recognized diving doctors
If you are asked to provide a diving doctor's certificate, below is the list of doctors. The doctor should be consulted if it is necessary to bring the results of specific tests.
